CC Concierge Role
At Core Collective, our CC Concierge team is more than a check-in point — you are the face of our brand and the heart of our community. You set the tone for each client’s experience, creating an environment that feels warm, welcoming, and inspiring from the moment they walk in the door. Your presence ensures every client feels seen, supported, and excited to be here.
This is a role for someone who loves connecting with people, pays attention to details, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences. You are an essential part of what makes Core Collective special — the first and last impression our clients carry with them.
Shift Structure
Class Length: 45 minutes
Arrival: Shift starts 30 minutes before class start time to ensure 15 minutes prior to class you are ready to greet clients.
Post-Class: Stay 45 minutes after your last class to tidy and complete closing/cleaning tasks.
One Shift Length: 1 hour 25 minutes (if covering one class).
Average Block: Typically scheduled for 3 back-to-back classes (2-4 if possible).
Average Shift Length: ~3-5 hours
Core Responsibilities
Client Check-In, Product Check-Out & Greeting
Greet all clients with a smile as they walk through the door.
Be ready at the desk 15 minutes before class to welcome clients as they arrive.
Check clients in quickly and accurately for class.
Green every client warmly, using their name when possible.
Assist new clients with signing waivers and orienting them to the studio.
Check clients out for any products they need.
Warm send off after class
Client Support
Guide new clients through the space, showing studio layout, cubbies area, and class flow.
Answer questions about the workout, studio policies, and memberships/packages.
Offer retail suggestions and encourage purchases in an organic, non-pushy way.
Studio Support
Assist instructors with anything they may need before, during, or after class.
Keep the front desk, lobby, and retail area clean, organized and visually appealing.
Perform light cleaning between classes.
Monitor and restock merchandise, water, socks, and other studio essentials.
Instructor Role
Core Collective instructors are the leaders of the client experience, delivering classes that are equal parts challenging, inspiring, and unforgettable. You are the person clients look to for guidance, motivation, and connection — both on and off the reformer.
This role is about more than teaching a workout. It’s about creating a space where every client feels welcomed, supported, and pushed to reach their personal best. You set the tone from the moment clients arrive to the moments they leave, blending technical expertise with genuine care.
Instructors are ambassadors of the Core Collective brand, upholding our high standards for quality, community, and professionalism. You work seamlessly with the front desk team, contribute to the studio’s welcoming environment, and ensure that every class reflects our signature style and philosophy.
Studio Support
Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Assist with light cleaning of equipment and studio space before and after class.
Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to the studio manager.
Core Responsibilities
Class Experience & Delivery
Lead safe, effective, and engaging 45-minutes classes that align with Core Collective’s methodology and standards.
Provide clear, confident verbal and visual cues to guide clients through class.
Offer modifications, as we call them “options,” and challenges to accommodate all fitness levels.
Make required class announcements (upcoming events, promotions, new classes, etc.)
Acknowledge client milestones and birthdays during class in an authentic, celebratory way.
Maintain energy, music, and flow to keep the class on pace and on brand.
Brand Representation
Embody the Core Collective brand both insdie and outside the studio.
Wear clean, professional athletic apparel in line with our brand aesthetic.
Maintain a polished, approachable appearance at all times.
Uphold studio policies, including safety standards and community values.
